Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a Project Manager Sanitary / Building Services for the independent planning and realisation of diverse sanitary projects in new builds and renovations. You will manage projects from the kick-off meeting through calculation and execution to acceptance and handover, taking responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs. The project portfolio includes residential, office, commercial, industrial and infrastructure buildings. In addition to technical project management, you will look after existing customers, support new customer acquisition and prepare market-appropriate offers.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and realisation of sanitary installations in new build and renovation projects
Overall responsibility for projects from the kick-off meeting to acceptance and handover
Control and monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and project progress
Technical design and coordination of drinking water, wastewater and sanitary systems
Calculation and quotation for sanitary installations in residential, office, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction
Supervision and monitoring of assembly and construction execution including quality controls
Coordination with clients, architects, engineers and specialist planners
Leadership and coordination of internal and external project participants
Planning and coordination of the required personnel, material and resource needs
Processing of change orders, project modifications and billing
Independent support of existing customers as well as participation in new customer acquisition
Conducting acceptances, commissioning and project documentation
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in the field of sanitary, for example as a certified sanitary installer EFZ or building services planner sanitary EFZ
Further training as a certified technician HF building services, sanitary master or comparable qualification advantageous
Professional experience in project management, calculation and execution of sanitary installations
Knowledge of relevant SVGW guidelines and SIA standards
Experience in customer consulting, quotation and acquisition advantageous
Confident handling of CAD/planning software and MS Office
Good German language skills, spoken and written
