Responsibilities:
Comprehensive support of internal IT workplaces and ensuring smooth support for employees with technical and application-related questions
Management of central user and access processes as well as configuration and maintenance of end devices, printing solutions, and other workplace components
Support in the introduction of new applications and technologies from preparation through rollout to successful production launch
Promotion of efficient IT use through user training, clear instructions, and active involvement in support, procurement, and project processes
Qualifications:
Solid IT educational background and experience in the administration and support of workplace and Microsoft systems
Practical experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and identity management technologies as well as a good understanding of modern IT operational processes
Independent and proactive working style combined with technical analytical skills, high reliability, and strong problem-solving competence
Communicative personality with very good German and good English skills; French is a plus and mobility within Switzerland is required
