Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a committed professional for a versatile position in the field of sanitary and heating technology. In this role, you will take on the maintenance, fault rectification and upkeep of modern building technology systems for a varied clientele. You will work independently in service deployment and contribute with your technical know-how to high system availability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on sanitary and heating systems
Analysing and resolving faults in building technology systems
Performing commissioning as well as functional and safety checks
Advising customers on maintenance and optimisation measures
Replacing and installing sanitary and heating components
Preparing service reports and documenting completed work
Ensuring compliance with standards, safety and quality requirements
Qualifications:
Completed training as a sanitary installer EFZ, heating installer EFZ or comparable qualification
Professional experience as a service technician in the field of sanitary and heating
Knowledge in fault finding, maintenance and upkeep of building technology systems
Driving licence category B
Very good German language skills
