Responsibilities:
- Recording and checking incoming customer orders
- Transferring orders to production using SAP
- Managing customer orders and supporting the shop floor to meet deadlines
- Coordinating and aligning production and capacity planning with the relevant departments
- Tracking and monitoring production orders in SAP until product delivery to customers
- Early notification of salespeople, customers or suppliers
- Contributing to the further development of process and production planning
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) and further training as a production specialist
or several years of professional experience in an industrial environment with a strong planning backgroundGood user knowledge of SAP production control and MS Office applications
Very good German skills, both spoken and written (level C2), English desirable
You are accustomed to working independently, conscientiously and reliably
Your convincing communication skills, flexibility, resilience and organisational talent complete your profile
