Provide technical 2nd and 3rd level support and analyse and resolve complex faults in the system landscape.
Maintain, optimise, and further develop the existing VoIP system by integrating new hardware and software solutions.
Act as the technical contact person for partner companies and design, test, and provide solutions in the areas of system engineering, DevOps, and monitoring.
Maintain, update, and reliably operate Linux and Windows servers including ADS and hosted PBX environments.
Organise and conduct partner workshops, webinars, and certifications with manufacturers as well as create technical documentation and instructions.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable further education with practical experience in network administration, system engineering, or DevOps.
Sound knowledge of network technologies as well as practical experience with ticketing and monitoring tools.
Experience with shell scripts, Git, Ansible, and modern development environments (IDEs).
Analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of technical collaboration with partners.
Very good German skills and good English skills; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter.
