Role:
As team leader for electrical maintenance and automation, you lead a dedicated team of around seven specialists and take responsibility for the smooth and safe operation of our electrical infrastructures and automation systems. You actively shape, further develop processes and also support your team operationally in day-to-day business.
Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel leadership of the electrical maintenance and automation team
Ensuring schedule and resource planning including organisation of on-call duty
Responsibility for the availability and operation of electrical equipment
Participation in interdisciplinary projects and further development of technical processes
Promoting open, transparent communication within the team
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and occupational safety standards
Qualifications:
Completed technical vocational training with electrical technician certification according to NIV Art. 13
Several years of professional experience in electrical maintenance and operation of complex machinery
Initial leadership experience in a comparable role
Knowledge of PLC programming, ideally Beckhoff TwinCAT 3
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
