Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a committed professional as a Draughtsman EFZ specialising in Architecture with a focus on project planning, construction project design and execution planning. You will work on diverse architectural projects of varying sizes and accompany them from the initial study to the structural implementation. The focus is on creating architectural plans, the planning development of project ideas, and the technical and constructive implementation of demanding construction projects. The position offers a varied field of activity with independent tasks and the opportunity to actively contribute to an innovative and collegial planning team.
Responsibilities:
Participation in diverse architectural projects from smaller construction projects to large and demanding building projects
Handling architectural projects across several SIA phases from feasibility study and project design to execution planning
Creation and processing of architectural and project plans including floor plans, sections, facades and project-specific representations
Support in the development of studies and design variants with planning implementation of aesthetic and functional requirements
Preparation of construction project and building application documents taking into account applicable building regulations
Creation of working and execution plans with precise representation of constructive solutions and technical details
Processing of detail and construction drawings to ensure technically sound and executable planning
Coordination of planning documents with architects and specialist planners to align architectural and technical requirements
Review and updating of plan statuses ensuring consistent and complete project documentation
Support of project management in planning and technical tasks during project development and construction execution
Participation in optimising planning and work processes by contributing innovative ideas and practical improvement suggestions
Close collaboration within the architecture team with independent handling of defined tasks and solution-oriented coordination of project issues
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as Draughtsman EFZ specialising in Architecture with solid knowledge in creating architectural and construction plans
Good technical and constructive understanding as well as interest in handling architectural projects from study to execution
Knowledge of CAD-supported architectural planning and motivation to familiarise oneself with digital planning methods and new work processes
Independent, structured and methodical working style with high accuracy and a strong quality awareness
Innovative and open-minded personality with interest in architectural issues and enjoyment in developing new solutions
Team spirit, reliability and initiative as well as willingness to actively contribute to smaller and larger project teams
Good German language skills, spoken and written for collaboration within the planning team and coordination with other project participants
