Sales Consultant Building Technology (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an established trading company in the construction and commercial sector, supplying business customers with a versatile range of products and materials. The focus is on reliable product availability, expert advice and customer-oriented services.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will be active in technical sales and support customers in selecting suitable products. Additionally, you will take on tasks in inventory management and administrative order processing.
Responsibilities:
You check incoming goods deliveries and ensure their proper storage.
Professional advice to customers on products and their applications.
Compilation of ordered items and preparation for customer collection.
You process sales transactions and document the corresponding bookings in the system.
Control of item availability and updating of stock levels.
Support in organising the daily sales operations.
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in building technology, for example as a sanitary installer or heating installer with a federal certificate of competence (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ).
You possess technical expertise and a strong customer orientation.
Confident handling of IT applications for order and inventory management.
Independent, careful working style as well as good organisational skills.
You are a team player, flexible and reliable even under high workload.
