Scrum Master / Project Manager (f/m/d)

On behalf of our banking client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager (f/m/d) responsible for leading and coordinating technical projects and supporting the continuous delivery of Datacenter products and platforms in the areas of storage, virtualisation, networks, and security, while contributing to their operational stability.
Your mission
- Lead technical projects for the evolution and transformation of Datacenter infrastructures, in collaboration with product managers, architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, and management.
- Facilitate the planning, prioritisation, sequencing, and delivery of initiatives within sustainable product and platform teams.
- Identify and help resolve dependencies, blockages, and organisational constraints affecting delivery, while ensuring clear visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
- Organise and facilitate project and delivery governance when necessary, and monitor objectives, commitments, budgets, risks, and deadlines by adapting plans to evolving priorities and constraints.
- Support teams in the continuous improvement of their delivery practices, collaboration, and ways of working, using internal project and delivery management methodologies and tools.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management and/or delivery leadership within technology teams.
- Experience in technical environments covering cloud, storage, virtualisation, databases, networks, security, and automation.
- Strong skills in organisation, planning, and delivery management, with experience in Waterfall and Agile approaches, notably Scrum and Kanban, as well as collaborative tools.
- Experience working with engineering teams organised around sustainable product and technology platforms, with the ability to understand technical issues, dependencies, and their impact on delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling coordination and influence across different teams without direct hierarchical authority, combined with strong analytical and synthesis abilities, autonomy, curiosity, tenacity, and a good team spirit.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate there.
