Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

Your tasks:

Independently carry out inspection tasks

Manage maintenance and servicing activities

Handle various requests and minor repairs

Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets

Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies

Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors

Manage small repair projects

Participate in the on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks)

Your profile:

Mandatory electrician installer CFC

Several years of experience in a similar role

Good experience in administrative and technical management of small sites

Fluency in French, English is an asset

Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Driving licence required

Autonomy, team spirit, communication, service orientation and organisational skills
