HR Business Partner (Home Office / Bern)

A leading service company in the Bern area is looking for reinforcement for the strategic and operational support of several locations.

• Job title: HR Business Partner (m/f/d) including home office

• Workload: 80-100%

• Workplace: Thun (with home office portion)

Your main tasks:

• Sparring partner for managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle

• Consultation on labour law, organisational and leadership-related topics

• Support of change projects, culture and organisational development

• Management of recruiting processes for an optimal candidate experience

• Coaching in employee discussions, conflicts and absence management

Your profile:

• Commercial training plus HR further education (federal certificate) or HR studies (FH/Uni)

• Several years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner / Generalist

• High advisory competence, empathy and assertiveness

• Experience with HRM systems (preferably Abacus)

• Fluent German, additional languages advantageous
