Role:
As a Microsoft Low-Code Engineer, you develop business applications that noticeably simplify real business processes. Your foundation is the Microsoft Power Platform, which you use technically precisely and architecturally cleanly. Instead of rushing to customise, you consistently rely on Microsoft standard components and only extend where it brings real added value. Customer proximity is just as important as your enjoyment of elegant data models and stable automations.
Responsibilities:
You develop high-performance model-driven apps and canvas apps, relying on well-thought-out logic in Power Fx.
You automate complex business processes with Power Automate, from approval processes to cross-system cloud flows.
You design tables, relationships, views, and permission models in Microsoft Dataverse and ensure a sustainable data foundation.
Furthermore, you connect solutions with Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems via custom connectors, REST APIs, or Azure services.
In requirements analyses, you clarify customer needs and assess whether standard functions suffice or extensions are necessary.
You are also responsible for application lifecycle management (ALM), optimise existing solutions, and build reusable components.
Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of experience in developing Power Platform solutions.
You are proficient in Power Apps in practice and implement even complex logic confidently with Power Fx.
Data modelling, business rules, and role concepts in Dataverse come easily to you.
Moreover, you think in terms of environments, solutions, and clean deployment paths across multiple environments.
Experience with Copilot Studio, Virtual Agents, or integrations in Microsoft 365 (M365) and SharePoint is ideally part of your background, preferably complemented by a certification such as the Power Platform Developer Associate.
You also impress with analytical acumen, communicate fluently in German, and move effortlessly in English.
Benefits:
- Home office
- Experienced and dynamic team
- Interesting and varied tasks/projects
- Flat hierarchies
- Flexible working hours
- Open corporate culture
- Comfortable office with modern infrastructure
- Coaching and mentoring
- Attractive pension and insurance benefits
- Participation in or provision of company car
