jobgate ag is a personnel service company based in Aarau, specialising in the placement and leasing of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, technology, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction, chemistry and the construction ancillary trades.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Operations Electrician (a) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Maintenance of production and conveyor systems - on schedule and within the specified cost framework
- Troubleshooting and fault rectification to ensure reliable production continuity
- Inspections, repairs and periodic maintenance work on machines and systems
- Participation in replacement, conversion and optimisation projects
- Contributing and implementing own technical and organisational improvement ideas
- Recording completed work in the maintenance programme
- Periodic assumption of on-call duty
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed technical basic training, e.g. as an automation technician, electronics technician, electrical or polymechanic
- Experience with automated production systems, knowledge of control and regulation technology as well as pneumatics
- Independent, forward-looking working style and enjoyment of responsibility
- Connection permit according to NIV Art. 15 - or willingness to obtain it
- Professional examination as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
- Experience with working at heights (lifting platform, personal fall protection) is an advantage
