Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Architect / Project Manager for the independent planning and management of demanding building projects in Central Switzerland. You will accompany new builds and revitalisations from project development through execution planning to completion. The focus is on project management, execution and detailed planning, coordination of specialist planners as well as CAD and BIM planning. The position offers a high degree of professional creative freedom within an established architectural and planning environment.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of medium-sized and demanding building projects across several planning and realisation phases
Accompanying construction projects from project development and planning to execution and completion
Development and control of execution, detailed and working plans considering design and structural requirements
Coordination of specialist planners, site management and draftsmen as well as alignment of relevant planning interfaces
Management of deadlines, planning statuses and project processes in collaboration with internal and external project participants
Processing and coordination of new build, conversion and revitalisation projects
Ensuring compliance with Swiss building legislation, building standards and project-relevant SIA regulations
Application of modern CAD and BIM planning methods as well as further development of digital planning processes
Review and coordination of planning documents, construction details and specialist planner contributions regarding quality and feasibility
Accompanying the execution and realisation phase as well as planning clarification of detail and interface issues
Support with approval procedures, tenders and award documentation within the respective project phase
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH or ETH, ideally complemented by training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
Several years of professional experience as an architect in Switzerland
Experience in independent project management of medium-sized building projects
Sound knowledge of Swiss building legislation, building standards and SIA basics
Good knowledge of CAD as well as experience or strong interest in BIM planning processes
Very good German language skills for planning, documentation and project coordination
Driving licence category B
