You design modern collaboration solutions based on Microsoft 365 and accompany customers from the initial requirement to stable operation. In doing so, you combine technical engineering with consulting and continuously develop solutions around Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
Responsibilities:
You design and implement Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online solutions.
You analyse customer requirements and develop suitable information architectures, permission, and governance concepts.
You plan and execute SharePoint migrations including the transfer of content, structures, and permissions.
You accompany Exchange Online projects from migration and configuration to ongoing operation.
You implement modern communication solutions and realise Teams telephony.
You support customers in further developing their digital collaboration and contribute to managed services and operational tasks.
You identify optimisation potentials and utilise automation possibilities within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Qualifications:
You have at least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and have accompanied M365 projects through several phases.
You have IT training or further education at HF, FH, or comparable level.
You possess solid knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
You are familiar with Teams telephony, governance, permissions, and lifecycle management.
You enjoy consulting and can communicate technical solutions clearly.
You work independently, solution-oriented, and with a strong ownership mentality.
You ideally bring experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI.
You are fluent in German.
