Designer Tunnel Construction 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires a designer / technician in civil engineering to strengthen the road tunnel team at the Zurich location. In this position, you will work on demanding infrastructure and tunnel construction projects.

Your tasks:

• Design and planning of projects in civil and tunnel construction across all project phases

• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, clients, authorities and external partners

• Creation of planning documents and models with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit

• Independent and team-oriented project development in the design area

• Optional: Management and professional supervision of a design team

• Quality assurance through plan review

• Participation in the competence team and in the further development of internal standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a draftsman/woman EFZ civil engineering

• Further training as a technician as well as leadership experience advantageous

• At least 5 years of experience in design and creation of 2D planning documents

• Very good AutoCAD skills

• Knowledge of Civil 3D and Revit for 3D models desirable

• Ideally experience in execution planning in tunnel construction

• Enjoyment of designing and geometric tasks

• Willingness to familiarise yourself with tunnel construction-specific topics

• Good German language skills
