The University Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy is committed to the highest quality and individual care in psychiatric treatment. In our exclusive Private Ward König with 20 beds, we support patients with private or semi-private insurance during the night hours in a calm, safe environment. As part of our night shift team, you have the opportunity to actively contribute your expertise in psychiatric nursing and support the night rest as well as the recovery process of our patients. You contribute to safety, stability, and well-being and help to successfully implement our nursing concepts even at night.
Your Tasks
- You ensure professional and patient-oriented care during the night
- You respond calmly, thoughtfully, and competently in crisis situations
- You take on key nursing and therapeutic tasks within the framework of treatment continuity
- You participate in the further development of night concepts and nursing procedures
- You support collaboration within the interdisciplinary team through clear communication and reliability
Your Profile
- You hold a diploma as a nurse HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
- You bring a high level of social and professional competence
- You treat patients respectfully and responsibly and remain calm and confident in acute situations
- You work independently, responsibly, and with a sense of humour even at night
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
