As a Junior Consultant, you will learn the consulting business from the ground up and use this position as a foundation for a long-term career. You will learn ROCKEN's services and develop an overall understanding of resource creation, customer care, and the labour market as well as its requirements. To advise your clients and partners on a sound level, you have the opportunity to specialise in the following fields/industries:

• Finance (Accounting & Controlling)
• Supply Chain Management (Purchasing & Logistics)
• Sales (Account Management, Sales & Business Development)
• Technology & Engineering (Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering & Design)

Responsibilities:

• Learning and expanding ROCKEN's services
• Professional customer care and consulting along the respective field
• Professional consulting of specialists in the field within ongoing interview processes
• Coordination and processing of new and existing customer orders with account management and recruiting
• Analysis and research of potential follow-up orders for account management
• In cooperation with account managers, you attend customer appointments and conduct business and needs analyses
• Getting to know the dynamics and challenges of the Swiss labour market and reacting proactively
• Participation in the implementation and optimisation of recruiting projects and campaigns
• Overall involvement in business development and further development of ROCKEN

Qualifications:

• You have a business administration education/training
