Service Team Leader 70-80%
Your tasks
- Operational leadership of the service team
- Professional, organisational and planning responsibility within the team
- Resource planning considering quality, safety and cost-effectiveness
- Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
- Assistance with event and offer planning as well as pricing
Your profile
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Leadership experience in a comparable position
- Several years of experience in gastronomy
- Very good IT skills
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
