Chef de Rang on Assignment (M/F) Lausanne
Your mission:
- Ensure an excellent dining room service, in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
- Advise customers with elegance, discretion and professionalism
- Ensure good coordination of the service with the entire team
- Offer an impeccable customer experience at every stage
Your skills:
- Proven mastery of service techniques
- Excellent knowledge of etiquette, table setting and service in gourmet dining
- Very good interpersonal skills, with a customer approach that is both discreet and professional
- Attention to detail, responsiveness and good stress management
- Knowledge of wines and food-wine pairings (an asset)
- Good mastery of HACCP hygiene standards
Your profile:
- Significant experience as a Chef de Rang, ideally in a high-end environment
- Impeccable presentation and developed sense of service
- Excellent command of French; English is a plus
- Rigour, autonomy, flexibility and team spirit
