What awaits you

Welcoming and accompanying clients, suppliers, guests and visitors

Ensuring the proper operation of the telephone switchboard

Managing conference room bookings

Ensuring setup and service in conference rooms

Managing the reception email inbox

Checking cafeterias in staff areas

Maintaining premises standards (general condition and cleanliness)

Handling mail, DHL and other couriers

Assisting during events (ordering meals, drinks, helping with service if necessary)

Managing the storeroom (office supplies and equipment stock)

Handling various administrative tasks

What you bring

Qualified with a diploma in hospitality

Proven experience in a similar reception role in an international/luxury industry environment (minimum 3 years) - highly desired

Fluency in spoken and written French (minimum C1 level)

Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum C1 level)

Very good skills in using common IT tools (MS Office)

Strong service orientation

Excellent organisational skills

Team spirit, versatility

Ease in contact, friendliness

Excellent presentation
