YOUR TASKS
- Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for the entire room management
- You welcome and support our patients upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Within the scope of service management, you respond to the wishes and needs of our patients and their guests and collaborate with nursing, kitchen, reception and housekeeping
- You order meals according to medical guidelines using the electronic ordering system Cuvos and serve them
- You are responsible for creating a pleasant atmosphere in the rooms and for the room furnishings according to insurance classes
- You ensure correct billing for our services
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in the hotel or catering industry
- You have the "host gene" embedded in your DNA
- You are characterised by high social competence and reliability
- You are a communicative, service-oriented, tech-savvy and sociable person
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and appreciate the advantages of weekend shifts and irregular working hours
- Very good German skills are required for this position; any additional foreign language is welcome
