Sales Support Back Office (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central point of contact for our customers and accompany them from enquiry to order processing - with technical advice and sales support.

• You provide comprehensive advice to customers on products and services and handle telephone enquiries professionally.

• You create individual offers, present them and actively follow up on outstanding quotations.

• Technical information and complete processing of customer orders are part of your daily routine.

• You support the field service in customer activities and maintain customer data in the CRM.

• As a link to internal departments, you coordinate concerns and ensure smooth collaboration.

• You work independently, keep an overview of parallel enquiries and ensure high service quality.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality who combines technical understanding with a strong customer and sales orientation.

• Technical training in the electrical engineering field or equivalent qualification as well as commercial training or corresponding further education

• Ability to quickly grasp technical matters and communicate them clearly

• Very good German skills; French and/or Italian skills are an advantage

• Confident handling of digital tools and interest in ERP and CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Friendly, competent appearance with enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Initiative, reliability and solution-oriented working style

• Willingness to go beyond expectations for customers and the team
