You analyse sales processes and determine requirements in interviews and workshops.
You translate business needs into precise Salesforce specifications and actionable solutions.
You advise Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Risk and IT on suitable Salesforce approaches.
You accompany UAT, develop test scenarios and conduct acceptance with the specialist departments.
You support the introduction of new solutions through training, enablement and clear documentation.
Qualifications:
You have 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Project Manager.
You hold a university or university of applied sciences degree in business, business informatics or a related field.
Ideally, you have Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Business Analyst.
You understand business processes and can analyse and communicate complex requirements in a structured manner.
You communicate confidently in German and English and impress with stakeholder competence.
