The position is attached to the Real Estate Directorate (DI), whose mission is to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop coherence in the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main State services attached to the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure and the Department of Health, to optimise the monitoring of surfaces and their future planning, while ensuring the smooth running of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with constant demands for excellence, a sense of service and environmental responsibility.
The Infrastructure Operational Continuity Service (SCOI) is a service provider whose main mission is, through the presence on each site of employees from various trades, to ensure the maintenance of the hospital estate composed of medical and logistical equipment, buildings and their installations.
In this role, you manage a team of about 10 employees, whose mission is to intervene at the first level for all intervention requests from users of buildings, premises and equipment, for the Cluse-Roseraie site under your responsibility, always keeping in mind the institution’s five values: trust, respect, team spirit, recognition, equality-inclusion.
You coordinate and control the activity of the "Masonry-Painting and Signalling" group, whose mission is to maintain, repair, revise, control, transform, modify, improve, and manufacture building structures related to hospital and medical fields. The scope of intervention particularly concerns masonry elements, reinforced concrete, drilling, civil engineering, wall protections, roads and paths, firebreak elements, tiling and faience, false ceilings, floor coverings, scaffolding, dust protection painting, plastering, wall coverings, road markings, signalling, etc.
You ensure the study, coordination and execution of small transformation and renovation works requested by clients.
You participate in the studies and realisation of projects entrusted to the maintenance sector by the technical building engineering and architecture sectors of the project management service. You ensure rigorous management, offering the best quality/price ratios and fair pricing, optimising the technology and materials used, subcontracting and maintenance contracts, while controlling the adequacy of your team’s professional qualifications with the tasks to be performed.
You replace the sector head during their absences, on a rotating basis with your colleague, the "Carpentry-Keys" group leader.
You ensure administrative and managerial management related to the group’s activities.
You assist the sector head in implementing an organisation aimed at improving client satisfaction and sector performance.
Your leadership skills (respect, listening, team spirit, fairness, recognition, agility) and your rigour give you credibility that allows you to support employees by developing their team spirit. You ensure they receive regular feedback to develop their skills.
Your sense of organisation and planning guarantees the handling of interventions and repairs according to available resources and needs.
Sensitive to the presence of patients and hospital constraints, you supervise and enforce the application of procedures and protocols defined in the sector’s quality assurance system and all professional best practices.
By nature positive, optimistic and "customer service" oriented, you know how to motivate your team and maintain a partnership climate to proactively manage complex situations involving several professional actors.
You update your team’s and your own knowledge related to your field through training.
