About the job

As part of a transition period and the upcoming development of a new catering project in Morges, we are looking for a cook / chef de partie at 60% to join our team.

Start date: as soon as possible
Contract: fixed-term until the end of November 2026
Work rate: 60%

You will work alongside our current cook and participate in the preparation and smooth running of the service at La Gazette Café.

We are looking for a self-reliant, organised and reliable person, capable of working efficiently in a small team and maintaining good quality execution during service periods.

The position notably includes setting up, preparing dishes, managing and maintaining your workstation, respecting hygiene rules, as well as participating in tidying and cleaning the kitchen.

Experience in catering is required. Training in cooking is an advantage.

This fixed-term contract is linked to a transition period before the opening of our new project. Depending on the profile and future needs of the establishment, the possibility of continuing the collaboration may be discussed.

Location: Morges
Salary: according to experience and profile.
