Your Tasks
- You answer telephone customer enquiries regarding invoices, payments and outstanding amounts
- You arrange instalment payments and deferrals according to clear guidelines
- You process credits, refunds and offsets
- You carry out connection blocks and unblocks
- You correct or cancel invoices where necessary
- You recognise customer needs and create added value - for example with the switch to online payment, help in self-care or adjustment of the payment method
Your Profile
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, understanding of Swiss German
- Interest in finance, invoicing and payment topics
- Empathetic, friendly and solution-oriented communication
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Confident handling of IT systems and quick comprehension
- Experience in customer service, contact centre or commercial environment is an advantage - career changers with enthusiasm for telephone work are explicitly welcome

We Offer
- Workload 80-100%, working hours Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00
- Home office negotiable after 1-2 months of onboarding, up to two days per week
