Your Tasks
As a Supervisor/Project Manager, plan and coordinate demanding, customer-specific transport systems and installations as well as successfully implement their assembly and commissioning on site
Manage the entire construction site process - from delivery and preparation through assembly and installation to successful commissioning at the customer
Plan and coordinate construction site resources proactively and support, guide and enable the assembly teams on site for successful implementation
Maintain an overview on site, coordinate various trades in a goal- and solution-oriented manner and ensure a smooth project flow
Actively manage project milestones and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, scope of services and functionality
Ensure and actively promote clear, level-appropriate and cross-departmental project communication

Your Profile
Several years of experience in the assembly and commissioning of technical systems and installations
Experience in planning and leading assembly teams as well as in their targeted support and development on site
Resilient, independent and responsible personality with team spirit, flexibility and enjoyment of varied challenges
Willingness to undertake national and international assignments of varying project durations
Fluent German and good English skills - any additional language is an advantage
Basic mechanical training, for example as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker or agricultural machinery mechanic
Further training at HF or FH level is an advantage - alternatively, solid and verifiable professional experience in a comparable function is also welcome
