Commercial Apprentice Graduate

You have just completed your commercial apprenticeship (or recently), the diploma shines, but your current job is already boring you? For various top companies in the Bern region, we are looking for linguistically talented all-rounders and communication experts.

Your playground (depending on the match):

• Voice of the Company: You rock customer service or the call centre environment and save customers’ day.

• Backoffice Hero: When phone calls become too much, we match you with cool positions in administration.

• All-round Talent: You support where it’s needed, learn something new every day and make yourself indispensable.

• Commercial qualification & first experience: You have successfully completed your apprenticeship and ideally have already gained some experience after training.

• Language genius: Your German is razor-sharp and you communicate in French as charmingly as you advise customers (fluency is a must!).

• IT affinity: You operate IT systems blindfolded? Perfect, we need people who are not afraid of modern tools and systems.

• Mindset: You are efficient, extremely eager to learn and have no interest in stagnation.

We check the market for you. If the profile doesn’t fit perfectly with position A, we find position B in another area. We push you, prepare you perfectly for interviews and get the best out of you.
