To strengthen our MAD Café teams

We are looking for:

A Head Waiter/Waitress

Main duties:

You are responsible for the smooth running of the service and ensure personalised quality reception and service for our clientele.

You know our offerings perfectly in order to meet customer expectations.

You will carry out various service and setup operations in compliance with the quality standards and procedures in force within the establishment.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their experience

Desired profile:

Stress-resistant

Proven experience of at least 1 to 3 years in a similar position

Excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills

Motivated, with a keen sense of organisation and teamwork.

Sociable and comfortable with customers

Quick and efficient

Residence near Lausanne mandatory

Tattoos, piercings and style welcome ;-)

Fluency in spoken & written French mandatory (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
