Clerk Patient Administration - Outpatient Billing
You bring experience in the Swiss healthcare system, understand medical services as well as tariff and insurance-related contexts, and enjoy working precisely and in a structured manner?Then you can expect a professionally challenging role in an experienced team that values collaboration, reliability, and mutual support.
You will take on
- Review and correct billing of outpatient treatment cases
- Application of tariffs, legal bases, contracts, and internal guidelines
- Assessment of recorded services for completeness and tariff accuracy
- Processing of rejections and inquiries from health and accident insurers
- Professional correspondence with clinics, insurers, patients, and internal departments
- Participation in process optimisations and professional projects within billing
You bring with you
- Completed training in the medical, health-related, or commercial field
- Professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system is necessary
- Good understanding of medical services, administrative processes, and insurance matters
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues, assess them correctly, and implement reliably
- Very precise, structured, and responsible working style
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident use of common IT applications
- Experience in hospital billing or service accounting as well as knowledge of TARDOC, other outpatient tariff systems, health and accident insurance, or SAP IS-H is an advantage
