You work in financial accounting as well as accounts payable and receivable
You support payment runs and ensure timely processing of financial transactions
You assist with monthly and annual financial statements as well as reconciliation tasks
You support monthly payroll processing and check relevant payroll data
You maintain personnel and payroll data and handle administrative social insurance matters
You assist in the optimisation and digitalisation of financial and payroll processes
You accompany commercial apprentices in the finance area and impart your expertise in a practical manner
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with professional experience in financial accounting, accounting, or payroll
Further training in finance and accounting, payroll, or social insurance is advantageous or desired
Good knowledge of basic Swiss financial, payroll, and social insurance processes
Precise, reliable, and discreet working style as well as a strong sense of responsibility
Team-oriented personality with enjoyment in collaboration and supporting apprentices
