Job Description
1. Operational Planning and Organisation
• Development and optimisation of intervention schedules
• Organisation, coordination and monitoring of construction sites
• Transmission of completed files to the maintenance department
2. Site Management
• Technical supervision of works
• Monitoring progress, quality and adherence to deadlines
• Management and coordination of on-site teams
3. Resource and Purchasing Management
• Ordering necessary materials and equipment
• Initiating and analysing tenders for all orders
• Cost optimisation and budget compliance
4. Business Development and Client Relations
• Presentation of FS Blocs solutions to clients and prospects
• Prospecting and developing the client portfolio
• Preparing offers, administrative follow-up and invoicing
• Monitoring debtors
5. Monitoring and Professional Development
• Technical monitoring of new developments and sector evolutions
• Mandatory ongoing training to maintain certifications
• Active participation in management meetings
Profile Sought
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a retail business manager or an equivalent qualification
You speak fluent German or the Upper Valais dialect in addition to French
You are available immediately
You have your own transport
