Senior Network & Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you design sophisticated network and security infrastructures and accompany projects from consulting through design and implementation to operational assurance. You analyse and resolve disruptions in daily operations, participate in on-call duty, and thus ensure the availability of critical environments. You apply your expert knowledge in network, security, and cloud networking and ideally bring an expert certification such as CCIE or HCIE or equivalent experience. You work independently, solution-oriented, and reliably, are open to new technologies, and pragmatically implement them in projects. With your very good German and English skills and your willingness to work on-site, you contribute significantly to the success of the network environments entrusted to you.
Responsibilities:
You plan, design, and implement network and security infrastructures
In this role, you provide technical consulting, take on consulting tasks, and support presales
As a Senior Network & Security Engineer, you create network and security designs
You implement, migrate, and commission network and security solutions
In this role, you operate, monitor, and optimise highly available network environments
As a Senior Network & Security Engineer, you analyse complex network and security disruptions and resolve them
Qualifications:
- You have completed basic training with solid experience
- You hold an expert certification (CCIE, HCIE) or demonstrable experience at this level
- You bring many years of experience in network, security, and cloud networking
- You are open to new technologies and enjoy implementing them in projects
- You work independently, solution-oriented, and reliably and are willing to work on-site at customers
- You have very good German and English skills, French is a plus, and you take part in on-call duty
