Junior IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Support and processing of IT support requests for internal employees
Analysis and resolution of issues in the area of workplace, hardware, and software
Support in the introduction and optimisation of digital tools and IT solutions
Collaboration with internal IT teams for efficient resolution of technical concerns
Participation in IT projects as well as ongoing optimisation of support processes
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or comparable qualification
Initial experience in IT support, helpdesk, or workplace environment is an advantage
High flexibility, initiative, and strong team skills
Very good knowledge of German, French, and Italian
Willingness for regular assignments at locations in Fribourg and Vaud
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
