ICT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
In this role, you actively shape a stable and secure IT infrastructure by planning, operating, and continuously optimising network and server landscapes. You are responsible for the smooth operation of the systems, monitor performance and availability, and promptly initiate appropriate measures in case of disruptions. Additionally, you design and implement security and backup concepts to reliably protect data and services. You contribute your expertise to improve existing solutions, evaluate new technologies, and establish standards. Through your structured working method and sense of responsibility, you significantly help ensure that the IT environment remains efficient, scalable, and future-proof.
Responsibilities:
- You operate and support the customer platforms during ongoing operations
- In this role, you install, configure, and maintain server, network, and application environments
- You accompany rollouts of triApp solutions in hospitals and clinics and ensure stable operation
- As an IT system administrator for network and server, you take on 1st and 2nd level support and coordinate requests with partners
- You manage interfaces and technical integrations and ensure smooth data flows
- In this role, you contribute to security, backup, and monitoring concepts and maintain system documentation and policies
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in computer science or studies in (business) informatics, medical technology, or a comparable qualification with a strong IT affinity
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, ideally complemented by French skills
Strong service and customer orientation as well as excellent communication skills
Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style both on-site with customers and in the office
