Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and further development of the network infrastructure as well as ensuring a stable and reliable network operation
Design and further development of modern network architectures considering performance, scalability, and future-proofing
Design and definition of innovative Software-Defined Networking (SDN) solutions to automate and optimise the network infrastructure
Development, implementation, and continuous optimisation of SDN solutions and their integration into existing network environments
Analysis and resolution of complex network faults including sustainable troubleshooting and technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed education in computer science or a comparable technical qualification
Several years of professional experience in network engineering or a comparable position
Sound knowledge in the Cisco environment as well as a corresponding Cisco certification, ideally CCNA or CCNP
Practical experience in the design, implementation, and administration of SDN solutions
Strong analytical skills, independent working style, and high technology affinity with a willingness for continuous further training
