For our ROCKEN partner, one of the leading Swiss manufacturers of frozen fine bakery products with over 50 years of baking tradition and part of a Europe-wide corporate group, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced individual as Finance Manager Operations. In the role of "Mini CFO" you take a central position in the financial management of the production sites and are an important contact person for plant management and COO. The workplace is Oberburg with regular presence at the second site, at least two days every two weeks.
Responsibilities:
You economically assess investments, infrastructure, contracts and payment terms and identify cost and efficiency potentials together with plant managers and COO
You ensure transparent site management and highlight financial risks and action requirements
You maintain, update and validate standard costs including analysis of material, quantity, price, consumption and efficiency variances
You prepare and coordinate budget, forecast and monthly reporting for both sites
You work closely with production, purchasing, supply chain, technical and the central finance team and report to the head of controlling
Qualifications:
You have a higher business education HF/FH with a focus on finance or controlling
You bring several years of professional experience in production controlling of a manufacturing company in the food industry, ideally with high volumes
You possess very good knowledge in cost and standard cost accounting as well as essential experience in maintaining, updating and analysing standard costs
You have very good ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), Excel and BI skills
