Architectural Draughtsperson at 100%

Your responsibilities

Within our team and in collaboration with architects and project managers, you will be responsible for:

• Developing preliminary and project plans
• Preparing plans and documents necessary for building permit applications
• Producing execution plans and details
• Conducting site surveys and ensuring their graphical transcription
• Participating in the technical coordination of projects with specialised consultants
• Assisting site management in monitoring and documenting construction sites
• Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of produced documents.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as draughtsperson, specialising in architecture, or equivalent training
• At least three years of professional experience in Switzerland
• Very good command of Archicad and Microsoft Office tools
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards, construction processes, and professional practices
• Ability to manage assigned files independently and in an organised manner
• Precision, rigour, and attention to detail
• Dynamic, proactive, and responsible
• Ease in communication and professional contacts
• Enjoyment of teamwork
