You combine business understanding with technology and want to design CRM solutions that truly make a difference in everyday life? This position offers the opportunity to translate demanding customer requirements into modern Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Responsibilities:
Development of holistic CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Consulting companies on the digital transformation of their customer processes
Analysis of sales, marketing, and customer service processes
Development of future-proof CRM architectures and solution concepts
Configuration and extension of Dynamics 365
Design of modern user interfaces and individual business processes
Automation of workflows with Power Automate
Development of low-code solutions with Power Apps
Integration of CRM data with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems
Support with data migrations and system integrations
Accompaniment of Dynamics 365 implementations and release projects
Moderation of workshops with departments and management
Creation of user stories, functional concepts, and solution designs
Support with testing, go-live, and further development
Identification of new opportunities through Copilot, AI, and automation
Qualifications:
Professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics or CRM environment
Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or comparable CRM modules
Understanding of CRM processes and their mapping in IT systems
Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, or Power Automate
Affinity for low-code, automation, and modern cloud technologies
Experience in customer consulting and requirements management
Ability to mediate between business and IT
Strong process understanding
Communicative and convincing personality
Enjoyment of varied customer projects
