You are looking for a challenge as a Junior ICT System Engineer where you can prove your skills. In this role, you take responsibility for the conception, implementation and maintenance of ICT systems. You are responsible for analysing requirements and developing solutions to meet your customers’ needs. You work closely with other teams to ensure systems run smoothly. You have the opportunity to continuously expand your knowledge and skills and to develop further.
Responsibilities:
You manage and optimise modern Microsoft system landscapes in local, hybrid and cloud-based environments.
You support customers with technical concerns and find suitable solutions for their IT challenges.
You analyse system faults, eliminate error sources and ensure stable platform operation.
You contribute to the introduction of new infrastructure components and the modernisation of existing IT services.
You work closely with your team and independently take on tasks in customer projects.
Qualifications:
You have completed an ICT apprenticeship EFZ specialising in platform development or have a comparable qualification.
You have several years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft infrastructures.
You ideally know Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid system architectures.
You convince through customer orientation, team spirit and a structured, reliable way of working.
You are interested in new technologies, enjoy learning and take responsibility for your tasks.
