IT Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Handling of 2nd and 3rd level support requests via email, telephone and remote support
Coordination of tickets with manufacturers and external service providers
Advising customers in pre-sales on IT security topics
Supporting the consulting team in customer projects
Planning and conducting workshops and manufacturer-related certification training
Maintenance and administration of the internal IT infrastructure
Qualifications:
Completed IT training
Experience with antivirus, endpoint detection & response (EDR) as well as remote monitoring & management (RMM) is an advantage
IT security and/or manufacturer certifications are an advantage
Very good German skills as well as good English skills; knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage
