Accountant Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 110,000Role:
In this position, you are responsible for the complete accounting of several holding companies and ensure timely financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER. Your responsibilities also include payroll accounting, tax returns, and the preparation of meaningful reports. At the same time, you develop Abacus and the existing accounting processes further and drive their digitalisation forward.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of the complete financial accounting of various holding companies
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
Management of payroll accounting as well as preparation of withholding tax returns and annual reconciliations of payroll and social insurance accounts
Integration of property accounting into the overall accounting as well as collaboration with external property management and their controlling
Preparation of reports and analyses for the managed companies
Preparation of VAT returns and assistance with tax declarations
Support and further development of Abacus as well as optimisation and digitalisation of accounting processes
Coordination with external service providers and other relevant contacts
Qualifications:
Federal diploma in finance and accounting or fiduciary, comparable education or relevant experience in fiduciary services
Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally managing multiple mandates
Sound knowledge of accounting according to OR and preferably Swiss GAAP FER
Experience in property accounting and with Abacus is an advantage
Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Fluent German skills and English skills are an advantage
