Apprentice Graduate Commercial Sector or Retail Trade (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for

Apprentice graduate commercial clerk EFZ or retail specialist EFZ (a)

Main tasks:

• First point of contact for our customers for telephone and written enquiries

• Processing daily requests

• Master data maintenance, order entry and sending confirmations in the system

• Administrative support in the service team

Your profile:

• Completed basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ or retail specialist EFZ.

• German spoken and written; knowledge of French (or other languages) is a great advantage.

• High service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact and an exact, reliable way of working.

• Willingness to work 24/7 including weekends
