Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of systems and infrastructure. You plan, install, and configure servers, network components, and applications, ensuring their smooth availability. You also monitor systems, analyse faults, and implement sustainable solutions for troubleshooting. You maintain and document configurations, perform updates and patches, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. With your professional-level experience, you contribute your own ideas, optimise existing processes, and thus play a significant role in the further development of the system landscape.
Responsibilities:
You maintain and develop the IT infrastructure including clients, servers, networks, and interfaces
Together with the team, you ensure a stable and highly available operation
In IT projects, you work closely with the team leader and specialist departments
In 1st and 2nd level support, you analyse and resolve technical faults
Additionally, you are responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and support of systems, peripherals, and telephony
Qualifications:
IT training or degree (EFZ, TS, FH) with relevant professional experience
Experience with Microsoft systems, networks, virtualisation, and SQL
You work structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused and are a committed team player
Knowledge of IT security and ideally HL7/FHIR complements your profile
You have excellent written and spoken German and are open to new technologies
