The Haut-Léman Health Network (RSHL) is tasked with providing the population of Eastern Vaud and the Valais Chablais with an efficient, coordinated, and innovative regional healthcare system. It develops and coordinates services that promote continuity of care and supports its partners in improving their practices.

To ensure the continuity of its financial and accounting activities, the RSHL is seeking a:

Finance and Accounting Specialist

Start date: 1 December 2026 or by agreement

Your mission

• Accounting and closings
• Budget management and management control
• Reporting and decision support for the Management
• Relations with cantonal authorities, audit bodies, and external partners

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure functional responsibility for general and analytical accounting, in collaboration with administrative staff and external partners
• Contribute to budget preparation and ensure their monitoring as well as budget control
• Carry out periodic closings and prepare annual accounts
• Guarantee the quality of analytical accounting and produce the financial information necessary for the institution's management
• Prepare financial reports for Management
• Conduct financial analyses, management indicators, and dashboards
• Ensure financial monitoring of specific projects and funding
• Coordinate relations with the fiduciary, auditors, cantonal authorities, and other financial partners
• Provide functional supervision and support to administrative staff involved in financial and accounting processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative, financial, and internal control processes

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a finance and accounting specialist or equivalent training
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of accounting and ability to work independently
• Very good knowledge of Excel and common office tools
• Experience in the healthcare or parapublic sector and knowledge of Opale bluePearl are assets
• Rigor, analytical mindset, sense of responsibility, discretion, and interpersonal skills
