Accountant 80-100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Manage general accounting and enter routine accounting transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and participate in periodic and annual closings
- Handle supplier payments as well as client invoicing
- Ensure administrative follow-up related to accounting and financial activities
- Prepare salaries and manage social insurance statements
- Participate in the preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders within financial activities
Profile
- Holder of a Federal Diploma as a Specialist in Finance and Accounting
- Proven experience of at least 4 years in a similar role or within a Swiss fiduciary
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting, payroll, and social insurances
- Fluent in French with good knowledge of English; German is an asset
- Very good knowledge of Abacus, Winbiz and Office 365 software
- Autonomous, organised, and solution-oriented personality
- Recognised rigor, discretion, service mindset and initiative
