Business Application Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support and optimisation of business-relevant systems including user support and functional adjustments.
Implementation of authorisation, reporting and query requirements within the managed platforms.
Further development of modern collaboration and intranet solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem.
Modelling of business processes and their technical representation in business applications as well as learning platforms.
Coordination with system managers, key users and internal IT regarding operation, integration and further development.
Qualifications:
Completed advanced vocational training in computer science or an equivalent professional qualification.
Solid practical experience in SQL, Crystal Reports, scripting as well as in the design and automation of interfaces.
Very good understanding of cloud computing and Microsoft domain architectures as well as practical experience with Azure and the M365 environment.
Strong talent for analysis, documentation and clear communication of technical matters.
Customer-oriented, independent personality with team spirit and enjoyment in exchanging ideas with different professional disciplines; very good German and English skills.
