Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, in numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. On behalf of one of our clients, a well-established company in the canton of Fribourg and active for many years in the structural work trades, we are looking for a Construction and/or Civil Engineering Foreman capable of managing site activities and ensuring the smooth progress of the work.

Mission:

• Plan and organise interventions in collaboration with the site manager.
• Coordinate teams and allocate tasks according to the progress of the site.
• Anticipate needs for personnel, equipment, machinery and supplies.
• Supervise the execution of the work and ensure its compliance.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the site (daily reports, hours, measurements, consumptions).
• Ensure the application of safety rules as well as compliance with environmental requirements.
• Maintain smooth communication with the various project stakeholders.
• Contribute to good team cohesion and maintain a positive working atmosphere.

Profile

• Foreman diploma or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in leading teams on construction and/or civil engineering sites.
• Strong organisational skills and sense of priorities.
• Ease in resource management and work coordination.
• Good command of common IT tools.
• Natural leadership and ability to mobilise teams around site objectives.
• Reliable, pragmatic and field-oriented personality.
