Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the stable, secure and efficient operation of systems and infrastructure. You plan, install and configure servers, applications and network solutions and ensure their smooth operation. You also monitor the systems, analyse faults and initiate sustainable measures for troubleshooting and optimisation. You actively participate in updates, upgrades and the automation of recurring tasks. As a contact person for technical queries, you competently and practically support internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor and maintain clients, servers, networks and peripheral devices
Ensure high availability, monitoring and secure operation of the IT infrastructure
Coordinate IT projects with specialist departments and implement technical developments
Provide 1st and 2nd level support as well as analyse and resolve faults in a structured manner
Administer, support and optimise telephony solutions and technical interfaces
Qualifications:
Training or degree in computer science (EFZ/TS/FH) with relevant professional experience
Experience with Microsoft systems, network engineering, virtualisation and SQL
Knowledge in IT security, project work as well as 1st and 2nd level support
Basic knowledge of medical interfaces such as HL7/FHIR is an advantage
